We are delighted to present the second Behind the Barrel event, where you not only get to sample and experience the latest vintages from special wineries in the Pacific Northwest, but also get a peek behind the barrel of the artistry that shapes every vintage. Each event held at Capri Cellars offers an intimate look at a winemaker’s philosophy, passion, and personality via an interactive Q&A—revealing how tradition, innovation, and terroir come together to create wines with true character and soul. Also enjoy complimentary charcuterie and hummus boards, plus a fun opportunity to mix and mingle with fellow wine lovers and the winemaker.

There is a story behind every barrel.  

Join us at Capri Cellars on Wednesday, June 11, 6:00 – 8:00 PM where will go Behind the Barrel with Lisa Callan, Owner & Head Winemaker at Callan Cellars, to sip and learn about her wines & unique journey into winemaking.

National Bubbly Day is calling… and we’re answering by popping off with a full‑day sparkling celebration at Capri Cellars. Join us on Saturday, June 6, from 12–8 PM for our Pop Culture Tasting — a playful, effervescent exploration of bubbles from around the world.

We’re pouring two different flights, each designed to showcase the personality, craft, and pure joy of sparkling wine:

The Pop Culture Flight | $20

A sparkling world tour in three pours — Famille Antech M Le Mauzac, Celler Kripta Cava Lelievre, and Brut Leucquois Rosé. This flight highlights three distinct styles of bubbles, each with its own story, texture, and charm — bright, expressive, and full of personality.

The Champagne Edition | $40

A trio of Champagnes — Champagne Baron Fuente Brut, Champagne Famille Moussé, and L'Esquisse Extra‑Brut Diebolt‑Vallois Rosé Champagne. These sparkling wines showcase elegance, and pure sparkle that only the Champagne region can deliver. Explore these wonderful bubbles — from bright and toasty to mineral‑driven to beautifully berry‑kissed.

We’ll also offer an optional food pairing to elevate your tasting and highlight how beautifully bubbles play with simple, thoughtful bites.

Whether you’re a sparkling wine devotee or just bubble‑curious, this is the perfect way to sip, celebrate, and sparkle your way through National Bubbly Day.

Chardonnay has evolved — and we’re celebrating National Chardonnay Day by showcasing the full glow‑up.

Drop in anytime between Noon – 8:00 PM on Saturday for “It’s Not Your Mother’s Chardonnay,” a tasting flight that explores the many expressions of this iconic varietal. From nostalgic, buttery richness to bright, crisp, mineral‑driven elegance, you’ll taste how dramatically Chardonnay can shift in style and personality.

We’ll also feature simple pairings to show how each wine’s character comes alive with the right bite.

Come sip, swirl, and rethink everything you thought you knew about Chard.

Non-Members $35
